Owens Exterior Services also offers Pressure Washing and Window Cleaning. Both of these services can drastically change the appearance of your house if it has not been cleaned in some time! To get your house cleaned, we bring our commercial grade pressure washer (also known as a power washer) to the site. We work in sections so we can be sure every part of the home, porch, sidewalk etc has gotten attention. We start by rinsing and wetting the first section with a specific tip on our power washer. Then, with another tip, we spray a solution onto the surface (we have different solutions depending on the type of surface we are working with) and let that sit for about 5 minutes. While the solution is setting in, we wet the next section, spray it with the solution then go back to the first section to power wash the solution and all the mildew and dirt off the surface. We repeat this same process throughout the whole job and at the end, you have a clean surface that looks like new!
